Potential uses:
Delay triggering the relay by the preset time to prevent equipment from switching on or off when energised. Examples may be to delay activating the end-device until erratic power supply stabilises, or to allow other actions to complete once a trigger is activated (e.g. leaving a room after activating an alarm.
- When the relay is not energised (no power), the state of the module is “NO” (normal open), CB and COM are closed (or conductive)… CK and COM are open (or non-conductive).
- When energised, there will first be a delay of 0-10s before the relay changes state. Thereafter the module relay change to “NC” (normally closed), and CB and COM will open (or become non-conductive, whilst CK and COM will be closed (or conductive.)
